DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep pressure is great in releasing chronic muscle tension by focusing on deep layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia.
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
The fascia is a layer of connective tissue that is above the muscle and below the skin. Myofascial release helps loosen tight tissue allowing for more muscle movement.
CUPPING THERAPY
Cupping therapy helps increase blood circulation to the area cups are placed which may aid in pain relief.
SWEDISH MASSAGE
This is the most common type of massage. Great for pain relief, stress management and relaxation.
PRENATAL MASSAGE
This service is a wonderful way to relieve many discomforts that may be experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, headaches and edema (swelling).
