Hello! I'm Makenson Leger, a licensed massage therapist with Equal Bodywork in Watertown, MA. Beyond being a therapist, I'm a father, a brother, and a proud uncle. My life is a blend of relaxation and activity, as I enjoy meditation, quality time with family, writing poetry, and both watching and playing sports.
A Journey into Holistic Wellness
My ultimate goal is to create a Wellness Center that offers holistic services, fostering mental, physical, and spiritual growth. My journey into massage therapy started when a friend injured her hand, and I took it upon myself to learn massage techniques to assist her. This initial experience planted a seed, and after years of searching for my purpose, I returned to the foundation of massage therapy. Having moved from Haiti to the United States, I understand what it's like to feel "out of place." Regardless of our backgrounds, we all feel and experience pain, and taking care of ourselves is the greatest strength.
